Yemeni "Mandi"

A traditional meal in Hadramout province which spread to reach all GCC. It consists of rice and meat or chicken that covered with Arab seasonings and placed in special mud-ovens to be cooked with the heat of firebrandsthat gave it a special taste.Also, it is got benefit of the juice resulted from the grilling process in boiling rice which adds a unique taste mixed with grease and enriched with grilling flavor.
